The Manager adopts the Code of Corporate Governance 2018 as its benchmark for corporate governance policies and practices.
The Manager also adopts the Keppel Group Code of Conduct which sets out the principles of conduct that guides directors and employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to the highest standards of personal and corporate integrity when dealing with competitors, customers, suppliers, other employees and key stakeholders.
